What video editing software do you use?

We use Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition to edit your videos

How much raw footage can I submit?

As much as you want! That said, large file submissions may experience delayed turnarounds due to increased download times.

Do I get my project files too?

Yes. Each delivery contains a draft of your video, along with the project files and any additional assets we've sourced.

Are your editors in-house, or freelance?

All our editors are in-house. They are rigorously tested and trained for skill, efficiency, and a knowledge of making branded content.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with a 5-business day notice required.

What's the commitment?

A monthly billed credit card payment. No contracts, cancel any time.

Can you guys receive templates?

Yes, we will work with any Adobe Premiere or After Effects template you send us.

Do you guys also do assembly or partial edits?

Yes, we can execute any part of the editing process you need. Whether it’s full edits, assemblies, syncing up footage to sound, partial edits, or anything in between. 

What are your working hours & holidays?

Our editors and project managers work on Central Time business hours, and we don’t observe Daylight Savings Time. Our working hours are listed below:

Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm Central Time (March 11-November 3)
Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm Central Time (November 4-March 10)

During the final week of the year, we take a company-wide break for Christmas and New Year (December 24 - January 1). All clients receive advanced notice of the exact days and dates we take off as the break nears.

We also observe and don’t work on the following Colombian Public Holidays.

How many videos a month can we edit?

While there’s no limit to the number of tickets you can submit, you get an allotted editor at either 15 or 40 hours/week.

In short, it’s difficult to provide an exact answer to this question, since every client’s working style and project demands vary widely. That being said, we can usually promise 1-2 day turnarounds on first drafts, and 24 hours on revision rounds (videos needing subtitles may take slightly longer due to proofing).

This is one reason why we have a 14 day satisfaction guarantee: in case any expectations around volume of output turn out to be misaligned. By following our best practices and working with our team during the onboarding process, you should be able to quickly develop a speedy workflow for optimum efficiency.
